Review: After being captivated by the previous novel, which had me eagerly turning pages well into the midnight hours to uncover its mysteries, I couldn't wait to pick up the next installment. While this new book may have started with a bit less of the mystery and anticipation that characterized its predecessor, it gradually built up its momentum, offering a different yet equally enjoyable reading experience. One aspect that stood out to me was the author's skill in maintaining a consistent writing style that seamlessly connected the two books even though both were written by different authors. As the story unfolded, I found myself drawn once again into a world filled with intriguing puzzles and a plethora of fun and unique characters that added depth to the plot. Although the pace of this novel was a bit slower compared to the first, it was filled with moments of excitement and exhilaration that kept me eagerly anticipating what would happen next. The balance between the slower moments and the more action-packed scenes created a dynamic reading experience that kept me engaged throughout. Overall, while this installment may have taken a different approach than its predecessor, it still managed to deliver an engaging and entertaining story that left me craving for more. The continuation of the puzzles, the development of the characters, and the overall mystery crafted by the author made this novel a worthy successor to the one that came before it.
