Between the Pages

Middle Grade novels or MG are often confused as books for middle schoolers though they are aimed at children from the ages of 8 to 12. These novels are meant as a stepping stone from small chapter books to larger more in-depth books of 30,000 to 50,000 words. Middle Grade books also focus on themes more suitable for these ages which is typically a fun and adventurous journey for the main protagonist.
